It became obvious that he does not understand vehicle keys, he is curious. I took a broken key fob to just change the casing for a new one because the key had broken, he not only did not do the service but also changed the tip of the old key without consulting me and kept the old casing because he said that whoever handled it before put glue on the chip. To avoid upsetting me, I only questioned but did not argue. When I put it in the car, the key fell apart. I went back there again and what did he do? He filled the key with super glue. I had to go to the store 4 times, lost 100.00, did not solve my problem, and the key fob function no longer works.

Do not do any service at this store. It is exploitative. Charged R$ 50.00 to change a car key cover, which the service doesn't even take 10 minutes, where I brought the cover myself. And still gave me the key with a bad connection saying it was the battery. Terrible service. In other places, the price is around R$15.00. EXPLOITATIVE!!!!
